Following patch adds a Pocket Word types, and a subtype of x-palm-database for application/x-aportisdoc for "AportisDoc"

There was no official documentation for AportisDoc afaik, but http://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/PDB is pretty good for documenting the header format for .pdb and the offsets of the type info for detecting aportisdocs.

Pocketword on the other hand I know nothing about the specific format of
