adds support for the x800VE (r420 based) ati chip

Well, I've never been very happy on my free-OS since I have this card (multiple freezes with the proprietary fglrx driver, a non-working free driver...) but since Ati has dropped support for <r500 chips in the new drivers I'm back with the free one, decided to make all my possible to get a decent support...
Today, after a quick look at why it doesn't work here, I understood that my chip wasn't referenced beside the others-r420-based cards.
Then I provide a more-then-little-patch to add the missing entries in the source files.
I'll probably open a new bug soon because although I now have a display I encountered a lot of glitches and a pair of freezes...

Have a nice day !

Romain.
