quirk patch

Canonical found in integration that the HP Mini needs the lid-close quirk.
A patch to xorg's git head is attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make USB image
2.Boot to OS,connect external monitor via VGA dongle,switch display to dual mode.
3.Then select settings->power management->on AC power->set "when laptop lid is closed" as suspend and disable other power management.
4.Then close lid and wait for it enter S3.
5.But find Notebook power led always light.
6.Then open lid.
7.Find screen is black and keyboard has no function.

Fail Frequency: 4 in 10 times

Fix pushed, thanks Bryce.  All these quirks make me think we might be doing something wrong in our mode setting code, but I'm not going to hold up this fix while we look for that problem...
