When I start conversation with an MSN contact, the conversation
window looks like an IRC chat window, i.e. my account name is shown in a right
pane like if it were a users list. It only happens with MSN contacts.

Using telepathy-butterfly 0.3.4 and empathy 2.27.2:

Hello,

thanks for reporting this bug. This is a bug in empathy triggered by the new version of butterfly. This is due to the nature of MSN conversation which can contain any numbers of users. So when there is two users the right pane quickly show up then hide but it doesn't know what to do when there is only one contact apparently.

I have filed a bug on Empathy bugzilla about this.
