Using devkit-power 010 and gnome-power-manager 2.27.5 on karmic there is often a battery fully charged displayed when pluggin back a laptop on ac when the battery is not fully charged, the bug happens on several hardware details available if required$ devkit-power --monitor-detail Monitoring activity from the power daemon.
