For easier debugging and regressions tracking in Empathy, it would be really helpful to have Debug implemented in MC5.

This is blocked by having Debug API in tp-glib.

This is no longer blocked, since the relevant part of Bug #23344 has been fixed (although that bug is still open, because tp-glib lacks code (derived from Empathy) to *receive* debug).
