Adding XEP-0136 to the summary. enhancement/low to match the priority of the bug it depends on. Nobody's currently working on this. I'm not sure but probably it should be connected to telepathy-logger. Possibly merge with https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90838 I think XEP-0313 all but supercedes XEP-0136, or at least they offer very similar functionality.
