I was told that to compile new xorg-server 1.6.99.901, it need xextproto>=7.0.99.3 when running "./configure", but when compiling, it still needs XShm.h, Xext.h, extutil.h, security.h and shape.h which is provided by xextproto 7.0.5.
I manually downloaded the old xextproto tarball and put those five header files to /usr/include/X11/extensions and now it's ok.

No, they're provided by libXext now.

hmmm, all errors while compiling have gone after I updated libxext, thanks for so quickly a reply.
