If you do one call, close it. And then try to do the another. It does not work. It seeems that the papyon event dispatch is broken.

Arg, since fixing the InitiatorHandle type to uint (instead of int), I can't reproduce this bug anymore.. So it is probably a problem when calls are shutdown improperly while waiting for the user to accept.

I'm closing this bug for now. Anyway SIP calls aren't working at all at the moment.

Please re-open if it still doesn't work properly once we merge tunneled SIP support.
