Few Days ago i discovered this line in Xorg.log:

and this:

Is there a conflict with the vgahw module? Or just some output format issues...

Created attachment 30287 [details] xorg.conf, Xorg.0.log, dmesg output, lspci, emerge --info (gentoo) When DRI support in xorg.conf is enabled starting X leads to a dead black screen, so i have to reboot. I tried to load drm kernel support as a module too. Also kernel framebuffer support is removed but it had no effect. lsmod reports: Module Size Used by radeon 359456 2 drm 146080 3 radeon amd64_agp 9564 1 agpgart 30276 2 drm,amd64_agp The attachment contains all debugging information i could gather.
