Description Jean-Pierre Vial 2009-10-19 07:26:19 UTC
poppler 0.12.1
Suse 11.1 X86_64

when I type "make install " (with root permissions)
many .h files are missing in /usr/local/include/poppler:
only those in the subdirectories qt3, qt4 and glib are copied
none of the necessary include files from the base directory, goo, splash
(and maybe others that I don't know)
are installed, so almost no compilation can work after that

That is on purpose, only glib, qt and qt4 headers are part of poppler API.
The other headers are just for internal use.
You can use them at your risk if you want of course and you should find the appropiate configure switch to install them.
