Personal information for AIM buddies in empathy do not persist more than a few
minutes, and in some cases cannot be changed at all. By personal information, I
am referring to alias and groups. Aliases default to the screenname of the
user.

This is an issue for both x86 and x86-64 (AMD64), but I am now using the latter, so I changed the bug report (I cannot test if it still exists for x86 anymore).

I'm on Empathy 2.32.0.1, using x86, and the bug is still present.
