Steps to reproduce :
---------------------

1) Connect two displays: DFP and  TV 
2) xrandr --output DVI-0 --mode  1024x768 -r 60 --output DIN --mode 1024x768 -r 60
3) xrandr --output DVI-0 --rotate left

Observation : Terminal window does not filling up the complete desktop screen on DFP Display.(ScreenShot Attached)

I suspect this is a window manager bug.  I suspect it does not update it's xinerama layout after you change the heads.
