Description Antonio Distante 2005-02-08 14:01:25 UTC
hi,

My system:
Compaq Presario 2532ea
Suse Linux 9.2
Kernel 2.6.8-24.11-default
Xorg CVS 2005-02-08
DRM CVS 2005-02-08
MESA CVS 2005-02-08
ATI Radeon igp 345m

I've tried to setup suspend-to-disk with pmdisk. If i try to suspend from X
after resume i can see only garbage screen and the system freezes. If I switch
to console (ctrl+alt+F2, for example) there is no problem to wake up, but
whenever I try to switch to X my laptop hangs. When dri is disabled all went well.

Thanks
Antonio

Do you still have this issue with recent mesa, kernel and xf86-video-ati ?
