Lithuanian Baltic+ keyboard layout was introduced by bug 14096, but ditched later (see comments in the same bug). However, it was apparently reintroduced, and I believe this happened by mistake. It should be removed again.

I'm opening a separate bug to better track this issue. Perhaps the same patch (attachment 21881 [details] [review]) would even work?
