1) Type "&type=signup" after the title=Special:UserLogin
2) You get no permission to create new user accounts because there is no "Don't have an account? Create one."

Bitstream Vera Sans Mono...not good, because it has an half-serif lowercase L and a center dot zero.
Prima Sans Mono Terminal...is good for a command line, because it has no dotted zero.
Typophile...not giving replies when someone replies to an old topic.

Only admins can create new user accounts on the wiki. We only give them to developers.
