Also this crash doesn't occur when running the command as root. Which I find quite weird. Additionally when attempting to run Warcraft 3 and Counterstrike 1.6 in Wine they also both work as root and not as normal user (mesa initialization then draw i915 pixel region crash), I have nuked the wine configuration to make sure it wasn't that. I don't see how being a different user would stop the mesa crash ... This should be fixed as of: commit af9548d3358884b408fb4c3cc69028befc5abe1d Author: Eric Anholt <eric@anholt.net> Date: Tue Jul 12 10:20:53 2011 -0700 i915: Add support for HW rendering with no color draw buffer. This is useful for shadow map generation. Tested with glsl-bug-22603, which rendered the depth textures with fallbacks before.
