The current implementation of SOCKS5 proxies management has the following bug:
- let's say you have 3 fallback proxies (defined in fallback-socks5-proxies or returned by proxies.telepathy.im) : A, B, C
- Gabble sends a query to these 3 proxies
- A and B succeeds but C returns an IQ error
- A will be poke again
