I've tried to create a simple PDF file, but acrobat reader doesn't seem to open it.

The PDF trailer isn't written, indicating a reference leak.  This is most likely
a problem with the python bindings, but I'd wait for the 0.5 cairo release when
the API shakeup is landed and see if the problem persists.

Move bugs against "cvs" version to "0.9.3" so we can remove the "cvs" version.

Mass reopen.  The "LATER" resolution is lame, I'm deleting it.  Consider LATER to have arrived.

Obsolete.  Almost certainly fixed.  Reopen if someone can reproduce it still.
