The attached document is correctly rendered in adobe reader but not in okular.

Seems to work on Cairo renderer, moving to splash

in GfxState.cc fixes it, will run a regression test over all the files i have collected over the time in a few days and see if we really need that.

I've commited the fix to git master branch, will be in poppler 0.14
