When editing a form (see link to form below), text is not kept when going out
of the form view. Checked check boxes appears though. This then also applies to
printing of the filled in form.

Hello,
I just made some test on  a pdf file which contains some forms
With 
poppler-utils/testing uptodate 0.12.4-1.2
okular/testing uptodate 4:4.4.5-2
acroread 9.4.2-0.0 sid     www.debian-multimedia.org
