Are you sure you are using Mesa's libGL and not nvidia's one ? Created attachment 32791 [details] Xorg.0.log with 3D (In reply to comment #1) > Are you sure you are using Mesa's libGL and not nvidia's one ? > Yes, I am really sure that I am using Mesa's libGL. (As nouveau packager for openSUSE I can say it...) Here is an example how Kubrick looks like when 3D is enabled : http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/1d696cbd62.png (There should be at least 1 cube with a black background -> shown is the window which was previously "above" it [Konqueror]...) A Xorg.0.log with 3D enabled is attached... Shall we assign this bug to Mesa? Created attachment 32809 [details]
glxinfo with 3D (without xorg.conf)
It is fixed when I remove /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
Is it with Xserver 1.7.4 not longer allowed to configure X with xorg.conf?
Kubrick is also fixed then...
You can still use xorg.conf, it would be stupid if that wasn't allowed. You can attach it if you still have it. I close the bug as is, because our policy is still to not support bugs related to mesa and the nouveau backend. |
