There are various flaws in our implementation of caps/disco:

* virtual users and the gateway should have different capabilities when disco'd

* virtual users shouldn't advertise jabber:iq:register

* the gateway itself shouldn't advertise Jingle

* nobody should advertise jabber:iq:version until we actually implement it

* nobody should advertise jabber:iq:time unless we actually implement it (it probably doesn't make sense for a gateway)

Fixed in my 'presence' branch along with Bug #26141; see that bug for the patch
