The LCD was actually burned and the most unfortunate thing happened. Dell
replaced my LCD and i changed my xorg file to use ATI's fglrx driver instead of
the ATI driver and I also, thinking it's safer, commented our the following:
Option "CRT2HSync" "30.0-83.0"
Option "CRT2VRefresh" "56.0-75.0"
Option "MetaModes" "1920x1200-1680x1050"
But I managed to burn my LCD again.
I had the same problem with a mobility X600 ati card. The laptop is the acer TravelMate 4601LCi. The only difference is that I configured TV out. Now my laptop is at acer repair centre! Wrong Product. Reassign to owner of driver. |
