I had an account on fd.o a long time ago, before RSA and PGP keys were required.  (The account may have been named kschultz; if it makes sense to reuse that account with these new keys, then please do so, else use karl.schultz for a new account name.)  I've been (lightly) maintaining some of the Windows code for a number of years and would like to push changes myself.
