Xorg log
Apparently this was caused by some acpi boot options I had added, or possibly the backtrace seen at the end of the X log. Anyway, this works now so this bug can be closed. Sorry for the noise. |

Created attachment 33568 [details] Cheese with corrupted webcam image Under nouveau, the image from my webcam gets corrupted when I view it in Cheese or Skype - the top 5% is shown correctly, but the rest is solid green (see screenshot). When running Cheese, I get lots of errors like "libv4lconvert: Error decompressing JPEG: fill_nbits error: need 6 more bits", but no errors from the kernel. The webcam works fine when I use the blob. My card is an 8400M GS.
