telepathy-spec 0.19.6 adds:

* ignoring stream IDs and sending DTMF to all audio streams instead
* the MultipleTones method
* the CurrentlySendingTones property
* the InitialTones requestable property
* the SendingTones signal
* the StoppedTones signal

When telepathy-glib 0.11.6 is available with this spec later today, CMs should implement the new stuff.

I have implemented DTMF up to spec 0.21.3 and added tests in this branch:
