update, when I reboot, it still loads sw I don't think r600g devs accept any bugs yet. The driver is totally experimental, it appears to be Jerome's private playground... this issue is caused by bad¡old install script of my distro, marking as invalid |

Created attachment 35945 [details] xorg.log it seems that logging out of the user or/and screen went into off state/sleep/suspend makes the mesa revert to sw. I'm using kernel 2.6.33.3 + tuxonice + con kolivas pathc + gettoo main patches. in the attached file, notice the line starting with [ 45316.988]
