Searched all available forums and the web - to now avail.

Problem:
The X-server (version: 1.7.6) crashes on my machine randomly but regularly: every two days when using the box daily. After the crash X restarts flawlessly and I immediately get the kdm login prompt. 

Expected:
no crash

Steps to reproduce:
the last three times the crash happened when I clicked somewhere. One time also after returning from Suspend-to-RAM.

Environment:
-CPU: Intel Core i5-661 with integrated GPU
-Board: Intel DH55HC
-Gentoo linux on 64bit
-kernel 2.6.32-gentoo-r7, but crash also happens with 2.6.34 (see crashlog below)
-X.Org X Server 1.7.6 (-> reporting since this one is marked stable)
-Video-Driver: in-kernel intel i915 with KMS enabled
