a debian user reported that poppler is very slow for a particular file.  see:

In my machine:
 * Adobe takes 23 seconds
 * splash renderer takes 32 seconds
 * cairo renderer takes 20 seconds

So i'm reassigning it to splash backend bug

Today's data:
 * splash renderer takes 17 seconds
 * cairo renderer takes 7 seconds
