Description Fabian Rodriguez 2010-06-30 12:20:55 UTC
Although this card supports 3D acceleration, the radeon driver seems to be missing it. A bug has been submitted in Ubuntu about this:
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-ati/+bug/600331

It contains complete logs and more details, basically after upgrading from 9.10 to 10.04LTS the system lost the proprietary drivers which have dropped support for this card since.

Please let me know which files would be useful to attach here or how we can help advancing this issue so other Radeon 2100 users get this functionality in the radeon driver. Last wiki pages avec xorg here are dated back 2008 so if there's any better way to file this bug please let me know.

The driver supports 3D acceleration and everything in your logs indicates that it is working fine. The game being slow is another issue.
