Hi Keyzer, can you attach the Xorg.log following the suspend & resume that fails to restore the display, and the Xorg.log for failing to restart gdm, and the one for starting with an external monitor and then using xrandr to start the panel. It might also be useful to include the dmesg for that session as well.
