Can you test 2.6.34 and 2.6.35?
Comment 3 David Heidelberg (okias) 2010-07-18 10:28:09 UTC
2.6.34 same.

With 2.6.35-rc4 I was able quick use SYSRQ-RKV but then it freezed too.

Was there a previous kernel where this was not an issue?
Comment 5 David Heidelberg (okias) 2010-07-20 08:03:36 UTC
no, even previous version of ubuntu had same problem
Comment 6 Alex Deucher 2010-07-20 08:53:30 UTC
This sounds like a apci bug.
Comment 7 David Heidelberg (okias) 2010-07-21 04:00:06 UTC
It's possible. That machine have perfectly fucked BIOS which refuse finish bios checks after reboot... And Ubuntu say something about supported but in BIOS blocked NX :-/
Comment 8 Alex Deucher 2010-10-19 15:25:00 UTC
