Should be picked up automatically by codegen:

* Conference_Host call state flag
* three new D-Bus errors (or these might need trivial manual changes, I forget)

Fixes in example CMs:

* Call.Content, Call.Stream should have the usual Interfaces property (sync them from telepathy-glib once Bug #29461 has been fixed)

0.19.11 has some broken naming for an error (which I missed when reviewing/releasing), so please also apply this patch when updating to it:

Updating tp-qt4 is somewhat lower priority than telepathy-glib, since it doesn't prevent connection managers from implementing the new stuff.
