I was told by Carlos Garcia Campos in <https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=168304#c57> to open a bugreport here.

Annotating <http://www.wiwi.uni-muenster.de/pruefungsamt/downloads/termine/regulaere_klausuren/klausurtermine_master.pdf> places annotations at wrong position and wrong orientation ...

I updated my system to reproduce this issue.

It can still be reproduced with:
[fm@localhost ~]$ rpm -q poppler evince
poppler-0.16.2-2.fc15.i686
evince-2.91.90-1.fc15.i686

We didn't close the bug, so yeah, it's not fixed ;-)
