RADEON_DEBUG="fp" nexuiz
I can't reproduce this. Nexuiz works like a charm here with mesa git. Same here, Nexuiz is fine. Stepan, does it happen on a specific level with any special settings? Maybe it's an issue that got fixed in master just recently. That PPA is 3 days old. @Sven Arvidsson Game crashes last I try to change settings. I try to clean settings and see whats happen. @Marek Olšák I noticed 11 hours ago you commited many changes. I'm waiting for that appeared in ppa. Dell XT is not good build server. I removed .nexuiz and started game. Same result. GL_VENDOR: X.Org R300 Project GL_RENDERER: Gallium 0.4 on RS600 GL_VERSION: 2.1 Mesa 7.9-devel ATI X1250 Mesa updated to 2010-09-04 (20bf5037d6006329b362fe501cc8a3594a0cab24). Is kernal or other library too old? I can try to ask team of ppa update and build other packages. Your components are ok. Could you give me your exact Nexuiz settings including the resolution? I back up settings and try to start with clean folder '.nexuiz'. It does not help. Desktop resolution is 1920x1080. Game sets 1024x768. Created attachment 38466 [details]
Settings from game when it works
From mesa - 7.9.0+git20100913.e7eff0cf-0ubuntu0sarvatt nexuiz starts. I don't test different graphical settings yet. Is this still an issue in mesa 7.9 or the latest version from git? I had this bug in nexuiz too, but not anymore with the v2.6.36-rc8-maverick kernel. This appears to be fixed. Closing. |
