Summary : No options in drop down menu for change in Resolution

Steps to reproduce : Systems > Preferences > Monitors

Expected result : Options in drop down menu to change resolution.

Actual result : No options in drop down menu to change resolution.

Can you give this patch a try?  I haven't validated the LVDS vs eDP logic but it may "just work".

Fix pushed.  Note that it needs kernel eDP support as well, otherwise we don't have a good way of telling eDP and DP apart.
