Description Ernst Sjöstrand 2010-09-07 15:21:36 UTC
I'm running everything from the xorg-edgers ppa + 2.6.36-rc2 + Firefox 4.0b6
This happened a while ago with 2.6.35 also.

You have to go to about:config and set webgl.enabled_for_all_sites first

Example URL where it crashes: http://www.ibiblio.org/e-notes/webgl/julia.html

It's also happening while trying to start Counter-Strike through wine. Note that it works the first time I start the game, but next ones are stepping onto this bug (I have to reboot my machine to play CS again).

Ubuntu Maverick + xorg-edgers + HD3870 (r600), I'm using r600c driver. Tried also with mesa from git master.

This bug was happening to me for a loong time (months), but I forgot to report it :)

This seems to have been fixed at least to some part now, several WebGL demos work fine!

Gustaw: since we have to such different scenarios I think you should open a new bug for that.
