Not sure about Mesa 7.9 but current versions of Mesa cross compile just fine. |

Created attachment 39065 [details] configure log Just doing "./configure --various-options && make" fails. ./configure --enable-32bit is required although the compiler does 32bit by default and likely does not do 64bit at all.
