Original PDF file

On the attached PDF file, I ran the command

/usr/bin/pdftops -level2 -origpagesizes voting.pdf voting.ps

The resulting PostScript file has horribly pixellated fonts on the page with the graphic.

I am using poppler 0.14.4 (freshly compiled), and it means that printing to my PostScript printer is really messed up :-(
