Description Emilio Pozuelo Monfort 2010-11-23 10:05:55 UTC
Telepathy should support edited messages (i.e. messages that have been sent, and then are resent after e.g. fixing a typo).
Comment 1 Simon McVittie 2010-11-23 10:15:09 UTC
The 'supersedes' Messages header supports this, see Bug #25636.

Please reassign this to whatever CM has a protocol supporting this usage, or clone it or something if there's more than one; XEP-0058 seems to be the relevant thing for XMPP.
Comment 2 Dennis Schridde 2016-02-21 19:21:49 UTC
XEP-0058 (Multi-User Text Editing) [1] was deferred.

XEP-0308 (Last Message Correction) [2] is a new, more focused approach to this.
