While the file is documented in the manual, it lack a sample file (with all the arguments unset) in the source.
Maybe it should also be installed in the expected place as a default configuration file, to help migration ?

Hmm, I think in most embedded cases it would be wise not to have a vconsole.conf at all, which is why we don't install any at all. 

However, I have now added an example file to the vconsole.conf man page.
