As far as us("srp") is valid for Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian, I changed the name to "hbs" (ISO 639-3 code), added ISO 639-3 codes to base.xml.in. 2. Added guillemots as they are valid quoting way for Serbo-Croatian. 3. Removed unused "U315" code.
