Hi

The windows installer is not good.

Steps to reproduce:
1) perform a custom installation
2) unmark unwanted dictionaries
3) unmark "Extensions"
4) proceed to installation

Results:
All unwanted dictionaries and extensions are installed.

Correction (my fault)

Dictionaries are properly installed. Only Extensions are not.
