I upgraded my LibreOffice installation to the new Launchpad PPA version and now, despite the language being set to American English, there are no words in my dictionary. I keep getting the error 

error: empty dic file
Hash Manager Error : 2

and all words come up as misspelled.

Reinstalled, cleared .libreoffice. Fixed.
