STEPS:
- establish a MT/received call before telepathy-ring is running (only ofonod)
- start telepathy-ring

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
- Channel.InitiatorHandle incorrectly set for the MT/received calls (to Connection.SelfHandle)

oFono (0.38) does not provide this information currently. Patches have been sent to ofono list, but not yet approved/merged.
