Xorg.0.log.old
After rebooting after next hang I have noted, that Xorg.0.log.old contains additional lines:

Disabling KMS by adding "nomodeset" parameter to kernel options in grub removed the problem with hangs, but 3D now does not work. I have recently updated kernel to 2.6.38-rc2 from opensuse repo (I had 2.6.37 final before that) and still receive same behavior (though just after update things worked fine without hangs for several hours and I started to believe that the problem has gone). And now I have just received the same hang even with kernel booted with nomodeset option - started to write 800mb meego image to the flash drive with dd command.
