I am using ArchLinux x86_64 on a Sony VPC-S13 laptop, kernel 2.6.36.

Since the upgrade 0.9.7->0.9.8 i get the problem, that the screen gets black every 30 seconds.

The bug is related to the following commit:

I changed the value
+#define UP_DOCK_POLL_TIMEOUT 30
to 10 and the screen gets blank every 10 seconds.
