[PATCH] allow user to pass options to the ssh client

I've tested this patch with the ssh -L option, in order to forward ports for a vnc connection, and it worked fine.

Awesome, this patch looks perfect. I merged it. I'm not expecting any other change soon so I think I'll make a release asap.
