The spellckecker's files for occitan-lengadocian

Hi,

 The file oc_FR.oxt for occitan's spellchecker I have send to be introduce in the linguistics addons during the installation have the aff's file wrong.
It would be possible to change with the file I join here ?

It would have been better to say that it was a new version (0.6) while I worked with version 0.3 last time. Anyway, I pushed it to master and I'll cherry-pick it to libreoffice-3-3 branch, if I get approval.

There were many little problems, like the version's number 0.3. It is not really a new version; the files are the version 0.6 but i have forgotten to change the number for 0.6, some informations were not more good in the readme.txt and I have seen some little problems on aff's files. Thanks for all.
